yeah so this is insane 24 year old turned $225M into $5.5B in <12 months. dug into his recent investments and… holy fuck - MASSIVE $885M position in Bloom Energy (specialises in portable energy turbines for… you guessed it - ai data centers) - this 1 position is 20% of the entire fund lol - massive SHORT position on Infosys. he’s betting claude code, codex are going to replace outsourced IT work (he’s right) - added $300M to his corweave position totalling $700M (someones gotta run those gpus) - aggressively pivoted investments into electrical and energy infra (aka AI’s biggest constraint right now) - dumped $100Ms of NVIDIA and Intel positions. - aggressively buying bitcoin mining companies and re-purposing them for ai data centers. (cipher, bitdeer) - fund up $1.5B in the last 3 months (+35% last quarter) - now owns 10% of core scientific (levered bet on coreweave 😂) He outperformed the S&P500 8X in the funds first 6 months. fucking goated.

you guys are killing it, my feedback: - persistent memory has been a dream. claude and claude code feels like a continuous working relationship vs. stop-start (this is a bigger deal than you’d think) - the whole asynchronous text-claude-whenever kinda thing is GREAT. i’m all for llms being embedded in whatever i use. so channels is great. - MCP has saved my ass more than you’d imagine. web chrome browsing doesn’t always work so claude just using mcp instead of flopping is sick i got a ton more feedback but good shit dude

anthropic’s openclaw-killer is complete. fucking crazy what they’ve shipped in 4 weeks: - texting claude code - 10,000s of claude skills + MCP - Claude security (autonomous bug-fixer) - persistent memory (claude never forgets) - channels (text claude from telegram) - autonomous cron-jobs - 1M context window - new model (opus, sonnet) - 30+ plug-ins that’ve tanked stocks - remote control just insane fucking levels of execution.

man shit is getting dystopian really fucking quickly doordash is now paying people to film themselves doing chores then using that to train AI robots that will replace them - guess what? they're not the only ones: - niantic (pokemonGO creators) has trained AI delivery robots with 30 billion photos taken by 500M+ players - Uber launched 'digital tasks' last year where drivers complete tasks to train AI in exchange for a few dollars i don't think people realise they're doing something that will eventually get them fired "heres $5 in exchange for your job"

wow openai basically saying "fuck you" to anthropic codex just became the operating system for 8 million software developers, astral's tools were downloaded 177 MILLION times *last month* but theres a smarter strategy happening: - openai doesn't want codex to just generate code, they want it owning the entire coding process (plan, modify, maintain etc) - astral gives codex that power. - this is openai's 2ND ACQUISITION this week. promptfoo ALSO widens codex's end-to-end coding capability. - open source: this is fucking amazing for the OS community. openAI plans to keep astral tools open. codex is going to be a fucking beast now

well this is fucking weird Val Kilmer (deceased actor) will be “resurrected via AI” to star in a new movie: - his entire body, voice, acting will be ai-generated - 1st major actor to be cast and not actually act - family signed off on the rights to use his appearance - he was cast to be in the film in 2020 but fell ill (cancer) and sadly passed away now his simulated body will live in a film hollywood getting very weird

this is incredible from Anthropic Claude asked 81,000 people how they use AI and the results are very eye-opening, check this out: - claude saved a woman's life after correctly diagnosing her cancer (doctors got it wrong for 9 yrs). - 17% of people are worried ai is killing their ability to think (i agree) - "we already have drones with ai killing us like flies. i want to live" - ukranian on AI being used for war #1 concern was unreliability. more people worry about ai being wrong vs. replacing their actual jobs. - 33% say AI has helped them learn faster - AI is a massive equalizer for people in "tech-disadvantaged" regions (eg Africa) - feels like a superpower. - most surprising to me: ai pessimists and optimists are... the same people. humans are equally excited but scared about AI 81,000 people, 159 countries. 1 week. the largest ever study of its kind. so cool.

fuck me china just launched the 1st AI model that autonomously built itself... and its as good as claude opus 4.6 and gpt-5.4 - minimax M2.7 trained itself through 100+ rounds of autonomous self-improvement. 30% gain. No humans involved - what the actual f*ck - model now handles 30-50% of the AI lab's OWN AI research - beats gemini 3.1 at coding and pretty much matches opus 4.6 + gpt 5.4 😶 (china used to lag now they match - doesn't require crazy hardware to run (single a30 gpu) - absolutely CRUSHES tasks: financial modelling, coding, openclaw - one-shotted the chinese have officially caught up. self-improving ai is a real thing. all researchers did was set an objective and the model figured the rest out. i wasn't expecting this from minimax. im now wondering wtf deepseek is going to be like.
