Current Market Outlook Thread: 1/ $SPY daily chart is flashing classic late-stage bull warnings: I am seeing a similar scenario to what we saw leading up to the 2022 Bear Market. Bearish RSI + MACD divergences (indicators rolling over while price chops sideways since Oct) Multiple failed breakouts at 695-700 resistance Rounding top forming at the highs VIX remains low but expanding range (higher highs + lower lows) — building tension under the surface.

Looks to me like $USO is breaking out of an ascending triangle on the daily and the hanging man indicates it's going to backtest the upper level of the pattern and bounce on it from above, flipping it from resistance to support. ~$130 was a multi-year resistance level that it broke above last week. Also breaking out of an inverse head & shoulders pattern on the weekly. I don't understand how more people aren't seeing this. #Oil is not going down anytime soon. $SPY $SPX

@MichaelPBento @flacracker813 @Todd_Sykon 100% agree. SPY and Qs are already rolling over, but I'm waiting for the H&S pattern on NVDA to reject the neckline and breakdown further. Things will only get uglier from there imo.

This is steep backwardation on crude. At the moment, markets are expecting only a temporary disruption. How this curve behaves over the next few weeks may catch many off guard chasing the spot price.
