DO NOT EVER BUY A LEXUS @Lexus is the worst car dealership provider, specifically JMLEXUS. They got me into a car accident and left me stranded on the street and had to walk a mile back with a head injury I have a 2024 Lexus IS500 >I take it in for maintenance >will take a few hours >I ask them to drive me to this nearby plaza to wait. They don’t do it. They usually do. Instead they get me an @Uber and I say fine. >first uber gets me there > second uber picks me up because the dealership is still busy. It turns out my fucking service person decided to take his fatass to lunch > second uber doesn’t listen to directions and sucks as a drive. He takes me a mile away from the dealership. BAM old lady slams into us from behind and now my neck and head are killing me. >im a mile from the dealership and nobody at dealership picks up > I have to walk a mile back in Florida sun with a head and neck injury >I show up and the fatass is still at lunch >I tell the manager what happens and he just shrugs and walks away. I will NEVER get a Lexus ever again im switching to Mercedes
