The ironic part is: we all have somatic intelligence. I just spent more time in mine. Esoteric means "intended for or understood by only a small specialized or initiated group." But somatic intelligence = body-based knowing / interoception / felt sense navigation Everyone has a body. Everyone receives nervous system signals. Everyone has access to this. It is not specialized knowledge. It is universal capacity with hypersensitivity training. The difference: residence inside your own body, not outside it.
