Update: @Verizon @VerizonSupport 24 hours of actively working on this on MY END. 4 days without a reliable connection. Giving up, I purchased a new phone... and @Verizon can't even get it working after trying for 24 hours. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE cutomer service.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport I have tried chat support, phone support, and in person support at a store. Nothing is working. 3 out of four past days with almost zero connectivity. I have tried everything, how can I ACTUALLY get help?
