@Support Hello I could use some help. My other account @LightTwinsVT was suspended due to unauthentic behavior I’d really appreciate it if you could tell me 1) which rules were violated 2) which post violated those rules? We aren’t impersonating anyone. My twin and I are Vtubers (we share the account) and are sharing lore, story building, and information about the characters in a creative way. We set post to roll out daily with per scheduled times. If this is the issue we are more than happy to stop. However knowing what exactly we’re doing that’s breaking the rule would be most helpful. We put in an appeal and it was already denied. Can we please get help? Thanks

Hey @X one of your users is using my brand's likeness to attack another creator. This is a direct violation of your terms of service on multiple levels to include Violent Content, Abuse/Harassment, and Hateful Conduct. This user has been blatantly violating your TOS time and time and time again. He is harassing one of your users (@celestiumart) based upon, at minimum, her religious beliefs and is now using ME, another user of your platform, to create violent imagery against Celestium which I IN NO WAY ENDORCE WHATSOEVER. This is completely unacceptable and I wonder what attorneys like @TheLegalMindset might have to say in regards to the potential legal consequences (both criminal and civil) might be for both you not enforcing your own Terms of Service when this kind of harassment and depictions of violence has been reported to you over and over again, and for the user who is harassing multiple users.
