Why should the zone execution be different with ABS reviews? Any part of the ball breaks the plane of the zone, it's a strike.
The same exact language is in the ABS implementation regulations.
A strike is a strike. Argue with oxygen.

I get the complaints about wanting "more" of the ball in strikezone, but setting an arbitrary "50%" measure just creates more issues. If a review showed 30% of the ball in the zone and it wasn't called a strike you'd be hot. Simplest way is to keep it as any part of the ball 🤷♀️
