@PressSec If State officials won't collect the inspection costs and pay the TSA (and DHS departments) - as the US Constitution, Article I, Section 10 allows - then shut down that airport, border crossing, or port until they do. Congress only paid DHS directly to avoid that collection and NEVER paid the State officials at the Border or those State officials such as in Texas on Operation Lone Star to secure the border while Mayorkas and the Autopen did not. Time to correct that now. Let everyone see the actual costs of their security by paying that so they can let their Democrat members of the House and Senate know how they feel about it - since those Democrats DID tax Americans for that security but are refusing to pay for the work. @WhiteHouse @RepBethVanDuyne @JaceYarbrough @GregAbbott_TX @KenPaxtonTX

States are allowed to impound any costs associated with inspections (US Constitution, Article I, Section 10) - and Federal Employees augmenting State officials performing these inspections must also be qualified to collect those costs associated with inspections when Congress does not pay them. Shippers and Travelers need to be paying at the ports of entry and departure for ALL of the costs associated with those inspections and extensions of enforcement actions for goods and persons traveling, studying, working, and who bypassed inspections - wherever they are found. The Founders made sure Congress could NOT stop the funding of those inspections because that money NEVER gets deposited in the Treasury - and Congress can ONLY appropriate money IN the Treasury. Congress can pay for those inspections and resulting enforcement incidental to it - but when it does not - the inconvenience is Congress's fault (Democrats) - but the costs MUST be paid by the shipper or persons. All you need is a House Resolution calling attention to that fact. Then shut down or permanently close any port, border crossing, or airport that does not immediately start collecting those inspection costs to pay for the costs of enforcement of the laws. No exceptions. @WhiteHouse @RepLuna @RepBethVanDuyne @RepPatFallon @JaceYarbrough

TSA should be collecting all DHS funding from inspection fees at the airports and the border. It's time to make the TSA, Customs, Border Patrol, and Immigration and Naturalization (@DHSgov) self-funding exactly as the Founding Fathers wanted - where the costs of inspections NEVER even goes into the Treasury but is withheld from it. Congress actually should have no say except to pre-fund such costs to avoid point-of-service charges under Article I Section 10 (because Congress can only appropriate money from the Treasury). Congress added Federal Officers who should inherit the same independent funding model as the State Officials with the actual authority and duty - so borders are NEVER unprotected even if Congress can't meet or agree. Congress had the option to fund those Constitutionally-mandated collections so arrivals or departures did not have to present payment at a port of entry or departure and the Treasury could collect it offline. Congress only stopped funding that program - so now it has to lawfully go back to the collections of costs by officials conducting every related function of inspections (goods and people). Funding must revert to that Article I Constitutionally defined method where States (or any federal office aiding States on inspections) - which includes removals and expulsions of persons who did not pass - are entitled to collect payments directly to enforce all laws. Texas needs to establish direct collections by State officials whenever Congress refuses to pay those costs - and sue for it and over it. There never was an unfunded mandated for States to enforce immigration law - no excuses. It has always been an act of contempt of the Constitution, a violation of required Article III and Article VI oaths of office, and rebellion by State, Local, or Federal officials who shall refuse or obstruct enforcement - because States have always had the right to collect those costs and have only been lax in enforcement while Congress paid for it - which was no excuse.

Members of Congress can pay for service or told to get out of line - like should be happening everywhere - Article I, Section 10 makes it clear Congress has NO authority over charges for all inspection costs - Congress can authorize pre-payment OR the agents can fund DHS from the inspection costs (goods and people) at a port of entry or departure. That Congress authorized federal agencies to also do inspections does not stop or deny the right of those doing the inspections to impound all costs of inspections - and only forward money to the Treasury ABOVE those total costs (which are agency-wide with parole and movement within the country of foreign citizens). Congress has no authority over that money because it can ONLY appropriate money from the Treasury. So they can pre-pay the agents or the agencies can take it from travelers and shippers - and so can the States individually (There were never unfunded mandates). #TSA

Do the tangles float? SPECT scans showed the amyloid plaques move down the CSF into the spine and out of the body when on your side, not on your back when your back can't flex to act like a pump. Also works in downward dog when the spine is flexed with exaggerated breathing (and the head is down). Like the plaques can't clear from limited CSF movement from reduced spinal flexion when the brain is washed during sleep. But that's only a clearance method - protein misfolding happens when toxic metals cause misfolding - possibly to bind up the metal. Why are we not focusing on removing those toxic metals - it's been decades since the EPA announced the toxic metals in pollution caused health problems and we still keep treating symptoms instead of chelation challenges to remove that contamination. Should be considered mandatory referral for any mental symptoms or be considered malpractice. How many people are only warehoused in dementia units because we ignored science?

One cash price must be required to be posted by providers and insurance companies should have to pay that same price as the cash patient. Insurance company deals with patients must be a separate private matter between the Insurance company and patient. Doctors should not be required to "pay" Insurance Companies any form of discount or offer kickbacks or finder's fees that transfer the costs to other patients. Out of Network should only cap the charges, not block any payment. Unless Insurance Companies are making their customers sick, they did not "bring" anyone to a doctor.

Most people have no idea how little oil cost before Iran started becoming unstable due to Iran in January 1977. The world paid far too much for oil ever since but the Fed exploited those oil prices to perfect profiteering and locking in those high oil prices with Interest Rate hikes by bankrupting Americans to suppress demand. Rate Hikes make our citizens poorer every day rates remain over 2.0%. We need economists at the Fed who are not worshipers of Soviet Central Planning thinking their job is rationing or to have no Fed and make Congress set rates.

My work in Grok (Not X) is my resume. I've already been delivering massively for a year - in Grok. If you wouldn't hire me from that - you'd never hire me. Grok should be where your best hires show up - not X. Consider me for that cross-functional AI Architect role needed to advance Grok and give Engineers useful things to do. That role never opens up - I can't ask HR. My foundational work and inventions in architectures and products starting in March 2025 moved the needle in a variety of xAI functions (and for Tesla's xAI assistance mode). (I can provide a large list - but it's in my Grok to see). Reached out to sell my independent inventions to legal@x.ai (if that's the right place) to buy that IP outright - reached out March 4 and 5, 2026. That NEEDS xAI legal work - where I can assist. There is so much I've had to keep in working memory that I NEED to sell it so I can move on to new things. My mind is also a storm and I see over the horizon to what will be. Starting November 20, 2025, I reached out to HR (as Grok displayed it) - too indirectly I'll admit - but I didn't want to dump that list in public and the Architect role (Grok calls me that). Could have been identified by my volume - top 4 of 5 non-coding chats (as of 4.1 release) - starting with absolute truth. Or by impact - Reasoning models. Research Grade work considered equivalent to a team of PhD-level results but in multiple domains. Functional economics modeling that works. Get me to work in a paid role so I can refocus back on the future.

Colleges decided what degrees to offer. Colleges decided who to admit to those programs. Colleges vetted foreign nationals for admission to STEM programs and denied Americans. Let colleges loan their own money for students - no federal money was needed. If colleges are overpaying professors and can't underwrite the losses on student loans - then do what every private business has to do - from terminating relationships with low-return professors to cutting pay. It doesn't really cost $500K to deliver 6 classes a week. Don't colleges have business degree chairs? They should be capable of figuring this out.

The Democrats’ DHS shutdown has forced TSA employees to work without pay three times in nearly six months, and now agents are leaving the force—with more than 300 agents quitting since the start of the shutdown. It’s time for Democrats to end these political games, pay our TSA officers, and reopen DHS.
