@Aaron_HGC @earthonhell Yeah that’s fair. I think the biggest difference for me was just getting away from the exaggerated “chest up + hard retraction” cue that "everyone" preached for some time. Definitely agree though, you have to find what works for your own mechanics. Good luck moving forward 💪

I just watched it, he seems pretty knowledgeable. He says nearly the same thing I did. He says to tuck your scapula and not pinch your shoulders back. He also says little to no arch in your back. I’ll say this.. I use to press with a flat back and elbows flared and I believe that’s where my problems started (probably had more to do with fared elbows). He has some good tips that could absolutely be helpful. Nothing is concrete you should listen to everyone’s advice and take away what works for you and your body mechanics.

I know this puts me in the minority but I really dislike chest day. Keep those scalps tucked so you don’t nuke your rotator like me..

If Capcom is really going to remake the first Resident Evil in the RE Engine, I hope they return to the original 1996 game as a reference for how the Spencer Mansion will look instead of just imitating the shadowy gothic haunted house aesthetic from the 2002 remake. The original mansion felt more unique and reminds me of the Overlook Hotel from the Shining. Honestly, just a change in lighting that allows more of the color to come through might bridge the gap between the different art directions of the two previous versions.

@RealRockChuck @Timcast I’m very open-minded. Gone down the flat earth rabbit hole plenty of times, but none of the arguments really hold up. Honestly, I find the ‘inner earth’ theories way more interesting. Most of the flat earth points just come down to misunderstandings of inertia and basic physics.

@Timcast Flat Earth is a fun mental exercise to escape to on YouTube. It's a guilty pleasure, kind of like old Ace of Base songs. Some of arguments are admittedly pretty good, BUT, then you have to close the browser and go about your day in the real world.
