Be me, circa 89 or so. All the girls liked being in my lab group because I would do all the gross work, they'd write the reports. Doing endothermic & exothermic reactions. One (rather cute) girl was getting confused so the teacher steps in to help. In front of me is a beaker full of rubbing alcohol, a tray of ice, and a lit Bunsen burner. While cute girl's attention is on the teacher, I slowly dip my entire hand into the rubbing alcohol. Teacher looks up, see's what's about to happen, realizes he is powerless to stop it. I say something, everyone looks up, and my alcohol soaked hand runs over the Bunsen burner. The fireball hits the ceiling. I am currently on fire. Cute girl is screaming, teacher is crying because he's laughing so hard. I'm calmly waving my burning hand around like a conductor. Sometimes I miss those days.

Constitution gives control of elections to the states, which is why Red States, post Voting Rights Act, are able to use theirs to suppress turnout.
