(I don’t think LeBron is going to the Heat and I also think it’s not a good idea for Miami)

@NeilfromDade if Bron takes the MLE then you’re down to almost only minimums for the rest of the roster, hard to find good shooters who aren’t flawed with that. I also think leaning into youth makes more sense when Giannis is already gonna be 32 with an injury history.

They’re goin to kill TMac for this take but I agree. You can’t give him the ball at the end of close games unless it’s on fast breaks. Not a good creator. Can’t shoot free throws. Can’t shoot the 3 so you can play back. I’d prefer the ball in Bams hands tbh.

@T2thedot @E_3O5_ They traded AD less than a year and a half ago. And after watching the Lakers in the offs you can’t genuinely say Lebron’s defense was part of the reason they lost. There were no positive defenders on that roster (other than smart), and he was probably a neutral defender.

@T2thedot @E_3O5_ I just don’t believe Bron will be a cone on defense come playoff time with all the help around him and amazing coaching. He also looked liked a much better defender when AD was behind him instead of Deandre Ayton & Jaxson Hayes.

@Off_SaintCL @E_3O5_ Bron could barely defend power forwards, its why he and rui never fit. SF isnt about 1 vs 1 defense, they are the ones who guard up and down on switches. Bron is not switching on guards and wings anymore. Bron defends stationary 4s now.

I remember kyrie being pretty horrible against the celtics in the finals in his most recent series as a second option. At 41 bron was the first option and overperformed all expectations. Gimme the👑

@3herb721 @HeatGangSZN Giannis has never had a major injury or surgery in his career. Ky is much older and coming off of one of the worst ones ever. Also think bron has a wayyy higher defensive floor & ceiling than kyrie rn
