There are enough expletives to express my frustration in trying to connect a @OneTouch Verio Flex to my device. Is it perhaps because I declined allowing your app to connect with EVERY CONNECTED DEVICE? #badux #badcx bad company practices.

@OneTouch the worst service staff after perhaps @gonoise only diff is noise doesnt even pretend to care and one touch people act as if they care but both do nothing about a customer complaint. Onetouch hasnt sent me the product only after receiving pymt over a month ago! Shocked!

@OneTouch Lancing. Do they make a more robust lancing device, I’m using the green model with 33’s and rarely get the hit deep enough to bleed. I’ve tried the sides of my fingers, warming them under warm water, messaging them . . .
