My experience with @gonoise has been the worst warranty & customer service experience I've ever had. I bought Noise Air Clips. Within a few months they started randomly disconnecting, connecting even inside the case, and the red LED stayed on for hours.👇

@gonoise I had purchased your Airwave Max headphones two years ago, then I had a physical damage when the product was under warranty and I was demanded 600 for the product to be replaced, now the replaced headphones have stopped turning on and cant use bluetooth features at all.
