if Polymarket comes up with a way to bet on the virality of trends similar to how you can bet on attention in memecoins I will probably retire off this back before memecoins had PVP, vamps, OGs, bundled farms, and "THIS ONE HAS A BETTER PICTURE"... coins used to go insane when they went viral and there was just ONE RUNNER I don't know how they end up doing this in practice, and memecoins won't die because of this (I'll still trade memecoins) but if I can punt size into a Polymarket bet in the early stages of the 67 trend and not have to worry about crypto twitter "thinking its mid" or "the bonk 67 getting vamped by the pump 67" then I'll actually make millions off this

nigga, i gotchu 1. get a regular job for 90k usd annually 2. go to zara and get some decent clothes: nice t-shirt, jeans and shoes for 150 bucks 3. take some nice pics of yourself in different settings 4. get a ticket to some poor country in south east asia like phillipines, vietnam or thailand 5. get a dating app using the photos from "3" 6. i am sure you can pull up to a 7 in a poor country, a vietnamese 7 is more attractive than 85% of all american women 7. offer her a middle class life in the states + green card + citizenship for her child it’s really that easy. should take you no more than 4 months

@ashrobin Tech ppl think launching coins by themself is a massive scam and bankr makes it for them so its much easier for them to support something like that, in a perferct world obv it would be so much better if they launched directly which is what @Surgexyz_ is working on

@OnlyQuant tech coins shouldnt need to have people claim fees these tech teams for AI stuff should launch them themselves launching a coin and begging a team who never planned to have a token to begin with is flawed

the whole concept of coins needing to be "claimed" or "endorsed" for them to run has definitely shifted the vibe of memecoins some of the biggest memecoins in history were never endorsed: PEPE, PNUT, CHILLGUY, MOODENG, TROLL, PENGUIN, and many more... 99.99% of the time, the only way a coin runs is if the creators claim fees, and even when they do, it's not enough for "trenchers" the people trading expect constant tweets, support, and "catalysts" from the creators it was arguably way better when there wasn't one person in charge of a meme, and the community pushed it forward themselves bring back the days where people rallied behind coins without needing catalysts and tracked kol wallets to tell them that a coin is good or not
