•The system is fully functional, but changes made on one OT4R iOS device may not immediately show on another.
•The issue is related to the OT4R sync service, which our Engineering team is actively working to bring back online.
•Workaround: You can temporarily use OT4R Web, which is working normally.
•All changes you make will sync automatically once the service is restored. No data will be lost.
