@SW_Help I already have but I'm being told different things. The ticket office where I purchased said I can customer services said THEY THINK you must be off for 12 weeks +to claim anything. my ticket has been unused for 6 weeks and I've paid about 900 quid for that part, I'm owed a bit?

@SW_Help I have been signed off work for 6 weeks. I have a yearly season ticket that started at the beginning of Jan. Can I claim back the 6 weeks I haven't used the Season ticket? I have still been paying my season ticket loan at work which is over 600 a month.
