Ingraham: Why didn't they anticipate Iran striking other countries and inform the president of those facts? Miller: From a military planning standpoint this has been exquisite

@seanhannity Congrats, you just described existing law! Non citizens can’t vote in federal elections & fraud is extremely rare. Fun fact: the US used to allow non citizen voting in states to encourage settlement. Today it’s illegal in federal elections & almost nonexistent anyway.

Speaker Johnson urges the Senate to pass the Save America Act, calling voter ID and proof of citizenship common sense and accusing Democrats of blocking it: “Republican senators are working hard to pass the Save America Act. Of course, we’ve passed it out of the House three times—the SAVE Act twice, and now the Save America Act. Sean, very simply, you’re talking about requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote and a photo ID when you show up to do that. Those are 90–10 issues in the country, and 70 percent of Democrats say that is a common-sense regulation and restriction on voting, and they still won’t do it. The Democrats in the Senate will not do it. And now you see this latest gambit, where House Democrats and Senate Democrats have joined together—the same group that gave us wide-open borders and defunding the police. Sean, they’re at it again. They are refusing to reopen TSA and FEMA for the American people unless they can also reopen the borders for illegal immigrants. That’s exactly what’s at stake right now.”

@Acyn “Exquisite intelligence” (LMAO!) we’re not allowed to see evidence. We’ve heard the “imminent threat” claim before. After Soleimani, officials admitted the intel didn’t actually show an imminent attack(!) When dissent gets dismissed instead of addressed, that’s not confidence.

Johnson: I'm not sure what Joe Kent is reading but it is not the same intel I’m seeing. We had briefings and the intelligence was exquisite. This was an imminent threat. Joe Kent seemed to understand that until about 24 hours ago. I’m not sure what happened. But he is an outlier. Everyone in the administration and everyone who sees the actual intelligence understands clearly that the president did what he had to do.

@Acyn I agree with Laura! (/faint) but this part isn’t made up. U.S. officials say Russia is feeding Iran targeting intel and helping on tactics. Miller warning about “gaslighting” is funny coming from someone who does it for a living.

@ODNIgov @DNIGabbard We’ve heard versions of this before in Iraq/Afghanistan. Claims of ‘fundamental change’ don’t match long term reality. Reality check: Iran still has proxy networks across the region & the ability to disrupt shipping & launch missiles.

Stephen Miller on Iran: There's not gonna be a refugee problem in the United States. That is a promise and a guarantee. Refugees come because they are flown here. No one is getting across the border illegally, and no refugees are going to be flown here. No problem, no concerns, no issues.

So the Trump admin is going to put Joe Kent in jail before anyone on the Epstein list or anyone from Obama’s Russia gate or anyone from Covid tyranny. Under Trump, I guess Joe Kent, Gold Star Husband and deployed 11 times, can join Tina Peters, Gold Star Mom, in prison.

🚨FACT CHECK: True. I said Democrats were bitching and wasting everyone’s time because Democrats were bitching and wasting everyone’s time.
Kaitlan Collins@kaitlancollins

Here's what happened with Rep. Summer Lee and Chairman James Comer behind closed doors during the briefing with Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche, I'm told: Lee: "Mr. Chairman, there are no cameras here. You don't have to perform. We were told this was a briefing." Comer: "It's a briefing!" Lee: "But she hasn't offered any information...This is a hearing. This is a hearing without the cameras. This is a hearing without C-SPAN. And it's a hearing without the public. So, what I'm asking is...." Comer: "You want me to scoot some chairs around and make a circle. Would that make it feel more like a briefing?" Lee: "I would like C-SPAN. I would like you to bring the transcribers. I would like you to go through with the decorum and with the rules...." Comer: "Are you trying to find information, or trying to embarrass the attorney general?" Lee: "Absolutely not. I think the attorney general is a woman who is completely able to defend herself, and I'm not attacking her. I'm questioning you. You run this place. What I'm asking you is....Will you commit to going as far as..." Comer: "I've already issued the subpoena..." Lee: "And this is not the deposition..." Comer: "You've wasted three minutes of everyone's time just kind of, bitching..." Lee: "Really? Wow! Bitching?"

@AdamKinzinger Calling something an “Energy and Commerce top secret effort” is... unusual 🤣 That committee doesn’t typically handle covert ops or intelligence work. Members don’t conduct independent “missions” in the spy sense... lol

.@SenMullin is a man of integrity who will do a great job as secretary of Homeland Security. He has reached across the aisle and built strong relationships with members of both parties in the House and Senate. Those relationships will be important as secretary of Homeland Security.
