#26‑758952450 with Progressive.
The claim was closed without notice on Feb 11. A partial denial was issued after the claim was already closed. Required 30‑day updates were never sent. Early inspections showing no rodent activity have never been produced.
I escalated the file to Progressive Executive Consumer Affairs on April 9 and gave them until close of business tonight (Fri, Apr 17) to assign someone with actual settlement authority. @Progressive
If I don’t receive a substantive response from someone with settlement authority by tonight, I will release the full unredacted timeline, emails, contradictions, and evidence publicly.
I’m still willing to resolve this privately if Progressive chooses to handle it properly.

Hey @progressive, I submitted my completed repair invoice for diminished value review on March 26 and followed up multiple times with no update. Claim rep confirmed the DV review would proceed once repairs were complete, but now I’m getting no response. Can someone help escalate?

@Progressive My premium was 79.11 but I was suddenly hit with 266 & 448 in months 6 & 7 with no account. CS was rude, deny to help & now you’re sinister to cancel my policy for reversing these shady charges. I never authorize shift. Can a head call me to fix this? Policy End 1995

@Progressive is funny...
Put in a new auto quote while logged into my account, had to abort due to some confusion over policies in multiple states. So I had to restart from scratch, put everything in AGAIN even though it was all there when I was logged in, get all the way through, pay... including putting in email address obviously which also matches my existing account.
So then - NO email for my new, paid for policy. But literally 20 emails for finishing the unfinished quote...
Make it make sense! 🤣
Incidentally this is not the first time - it seems to happen every time I do a policy - the email doesn't arrive. I mean I get it perhaps they need to finalize, but at minimum there should be an immediate confirmation of the ordered product and payment. But no...
It'll probably come days later (policy doesn't kick in for a few days).

.@safelite Funny you do not give customers a service survey anymore. You suck, @progressive. You do too. If you think repairing a glass is ok, especially for a fairly new vehicle, you are gross. I am sick and tired of services and warranties going down the drain. I am sick of bad service, and I am sick of insurance grossness and collusion with glass companies that say, "Oh, blame the insurance." Dude, you have a MONOPOLY—what do you care??? Zip, zero.

Their "new" estimate for my Lincoln MKZ:
❌ Right Headlight: $0.00 (Real cost: $1,380)
❌ Structural Panel: Missing ($672)
❌ Strategy: Use junk parts from salvage yards.
Total gap: $5,172 under the real cost.

@NoahRyanCo Exactly. How was I rear-ended by a huge truck just for @progressive to claim the lift gate damage was caused by age? Then my insurance Traveler's appraiser wrote up flat appraisal to replace them that was conveniently under my $500 deductible and referred my back to progressive.

You cannot go anyhwere in the US anymore without feeling taking advantage of. Every restaurant, every lease agreement, every purchase. Everything is so blatantly predatory. Like they don't even care to be subtle about the fact that they're operating in bad faith.
And we're all just submissive to it
