@TraegerGrills customer service is beyond terrible! 3 weeks into my Timberline XL purchase and no one at their company has answers or is willing to reach out to help! I used to be such a fan and supporter - now I warn anyone to make a purchase with them!

@TraegerGrills Such a disappointing experience since purchasing my Timberline XL nearly 3 weeks ago. After numerous calls - I still can’t start the grill & have yet to use it to grill for my family! As a huge Traeger fan I was convinced making this big purchase would be worth it!

@GoDaddy still no solution or assistance w/ helping me recover my email - which allows me to operate my business! But yet you still take monthly payments! Beyond disappointed in customer service & overall experience! As a GoDaddy customer for over 20 years…this is unacceptable!
