Honestly, I have been observing this trend of mixed-heritage births among the generation of Kazakhs born after independence more and more. I once dated a girl named Evelina Musabekova, but she looked like a blonde, blue-eyed German or Russian girl.
I mean, these girls usually have Russian, Ukrainian, or German mothers (from Kazakhstan, not foreigners). That's all there is to it.
And there are also plenty of guys whose mothers are Kazakh and whose fathers are not.
I think that in the future, Kazakhs will become somewhat "whiter" (?) but whether that’s a good thing or not.
