I can finally tell the story! About a month ago I got a call from a stranger. Told me his name was @MrBeast, and that he’s kind of a big thing on YouTube. He had seen my TED talk, and he told me that he wanted me to help him restore the sight to thousands of blind people all around the world. Turns out it was all true. He’s got 100 million subscribers, $50 million an annual revenues, and a staff of 60. He’s 24 years old. With the help of Vision Is Priceless, we called every homeless clinic and free clinic for miles around, and found 40 blind people right here at home. With the help of SEE International, we arranged trips to Honduras, Kenya, Ghana, and the Philippines. He wrote a check to pay for it all, and then some. I spent a wonderful day working alongside him today, and sometime next month over 50 million of his subscribers will get to feel the love we shared bringing sight to the blind. Credit - Jeff levenson

We are so proud to have supported an MSICS level 2 course in Bankrishnapur, India, from Sept. 16th-18th, where host ophthalmologist Dr. Bikas Bhattacharya trained traveling ophthalmologist Dr. Janice Gault in the technique. Together, they performed 36 sight-restoring surgeries!
