Just In: @KagutaMuseveni has appointed Robert Mukiza as the new Director General of Uganda Investment Authority.He replaces Lawrence Byensi who has been in acting capacity.Mukiza is a former Director of Global Green Growth Institute. He also served as a lead economist for the UN.
