Noni is the one of three or four Chelsea player who improved and he was dragged in the mud by briefs from his own club I know what I've seen and I've written a long read and did two podcasts about Noni where everything I said turned out to b what would happen development wise

The solution: Foreclosure by Ares Bankruptcy of 22 Holdco wipes out Clearlake/Boehly’s equity layer so the debt can be refinanced. Investment in a stadium and proper players will require this balance sheet clean up. Stop feeding the beast. Cut off the money! #BluecoOUT

They can't sell. Best case scenario is Ares Management turning debt into equity and ending up owning 30-60% of the club. And then removing BlueCo executives, and possibly these blokes from their own PE fund

One of the silver linings of FBref folding is that we get more ⚽️ content like this : Anyone who goes through the UEFA coaching curriculum is made familiar with the Before / During / After. Coaches can impact the first, don't do it enough. Double movement, find separation

Lamine Yamal with another example of winning the “duel before the duel.” He reads Burn expecting the run in behind (no pressure on the ball), so he fakes it with a sidestep to create more separation. Ball manipulation after is another topic.

But in my mind I don't see them as the saviours at all. I just have long standing agendas right. I hate PW from his Brighton stint (I thought Hughton did a good job), LS from Monaco (I watched Kovac's Monaco) and other blokes for other reasons Just want them to own their failure

@bobbyfairview Legally yes but the consequences are going to be a vastly different club. Not against that but to those who think Ares come in and hey presto CL here we come need to understand what a restructuring means

Descanse em paz, o grande Silvino Louro. Silvino excelled as a goalkeeper, captaining Portugal, playing two European Cup finals for Benfica, and winning 11 trophies across over two decades in Portuguese club football. Silvino excelled as a goalkeeping coach, winning two Champions Leagues amongst a total of 25 titles. At Porto, Chelsea, Inter, Real Madrid and Manchester United, he was a key part of Jose Mourinho’s great coaching staff. We’ve lost one of the game’s truly good guys.
