Was covering the initial strikes launched into Afghanistan. I’ll never forget the landing and that takeoff is seared in my mind too.

@DrTraceyK Ooof yah. Those are awful. Regular Greek yogurt with fruit and salty crispy soybeans (or almonds) is my go to.

Trying to up my protein intake. 💯 % do not recommend. Thought it would be an easy snack & smells marvelous, great texture. Oh…the flavor…painful. Tastes like chemicals. What do you all recommend?
