@DT2ComicsChat @GeekToMeRadio Randomly watched that Ang Lee Hulk last night for the 1st time in years- and y'know, wasn't as bad as I remembered. Thought it was longer (2:20) kinda brisk in fact- compared to 3+ hrs movies now

@GeekToMeRadio Ang Lee's Hulk was *literally* a comic come to life, it's just that parts of that didn't translate well to the big screen. Fan4stic was like...all the worst possible decisions rolled into one movie. Like every creative choice was the wrong one. Ugh.

It is absolutely *that* bad. It's not even watchable. It mischaracterizes every single member of the team, Trank thought that body horror was a better take, *Michael B. Jordan is not in any way, shape or form Johnny Storm,* the theatrical release is disjointed at best, they couldn't be bothered to keep Kate Mara's hair consistent from shot to shot, Benjamin J. Grimm has no underwear on😐🙄, and this is who they thought Dr. Doom was:

@SFCCM @DrPopCultureBG Yeah, there was subsequent books - I thought maybe they were not chronological & I'm while not 100% sure it always stuck with me that FRWL ended with Bond's death. I could see them just scrapping the idea and giving him a headache in the sequel. Dr. No must've been relaxing :)
