@VisionExpress Update 2 weeks after informing them the address and order being recalled from Evri. Vision Express decide to send the same order to the wrong and refuse a refund 😡😡😡 Please everyone be very careful using Vision Express as their customer service is disgraceful try @directsight

@VisionExpress Everybody don't use this company they fail to deliver and then keep saying you will get a response within 24 hours, yet no response!! Attempting for 14 days to get a response or a manager to call me back as they are always busy. Rubbish customer service 🤬😠

@VisionExpress purchasing new glasses today, I noticed that you had a 20% deal with 0% finance. Great I thought until the sales person pointed out the small print at the bottom of the notice board. Not good for Opticians to hide things in small print!!!!!

Worst experience @VisionExpress Dhanori pune. I visited yesterday and the store person was not interested in showing the frames or speaking with me he was busy with his laptop, just beside @Lenskart_com store and they gave me the best customer experience hats off to Roshani.
