@steviereilly Hi, Ste! Thank you for your message. You can book an eye test on our website, but it only shows the Advance Eye Test option. You can book that slot and then inform the staff on the day that you want the standard eye test instead.

New #accessibilty #fail is @Specsavers Tottenham Ct Rd London store advised nowhere for customers to sit other than for eye test. Must stand at a podium. Explained #disability, #equality act & many ppl can’t stand for long. Was told their director thought no cust seating OK… 😠

@VisionExpress I’ve worn varifocals for years. Vision not good in the lower reading part and had blemishes in both lenses in other areas, went back in twice about the reading area only to be told the measurements are correct. Glasses only sent back to correct blemishes.

So lovely to get such excellent customer service at @VisionExpress Tesco Broadstairs. The optician who did my original test was great and both Hayley who I saw a couple of weeks ago and Charlene today were amazing, really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. What a fantastic team

Disappointing experience with @VisionExpress: -Pricing inconsistency on purchase -Refund processed -Receipt manually amended At ~£900 spend, this points to deeper control and governance gaps, not just service failure. I'd prefer a prompt resolution and appropriate compensation.
