@VisionExpress Hello I raised a complaint almost 2 weeks ago no reply! I had an eye test at your ipswich store and the next day got conjunctivitis. I went to store last week and told them and I was dismissed about my issue even though it could infect more people. Not good!

@VisionExpress I can’t send msgs -but previously had eye tests that say I have drusen/cholesterol in my eyes. Went for eye test with you today & the girl had never heard of Drusen, she checked & said your tests don’t pick it up? For something so basic, surely that can’t be right.

@Sabaliilabas Hi! Unfortunately, prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses ordered online do not include the Ray-Ban logo on the lenses, as original lenses are replaced with prescription ones. Your local store can advise on costs for Ray-Ban branded lenses, as this service is only available in store.
