Cam Boozer took just 20 midrange shots in 38 gms during his frosh campaign but took 32 midrange shots in 23 gms during his 17U EYBL season for the Nightrydas per @SynergySST
The lack of in-between game has been a question for some projecting him as a star after his heavy rim + 3 shot profile at Duke, but I think the middy is something Cam is capable of utilizing more often at the next level to keep defenses honest when he puts the ball on the deck and gets cut off on drives.

@trusshuss0 @503sBest Yeah I feel better about Toumani Deni atleast as playable impact players more than I do Scoot/Shaedon at the moment. Dame got us in the guard play department, but obviously for how long?

@WayUpHunt @503sBest Guard minutes already full, this was lowkey an indirect issue of adding dame (not that dame wouldn't help next year) but you're essentially punting on guard when scoot & shaedon haven't taken those steps to make you comfortable about their future. Jrue helps w both dev & winning

@WayUpHunt @503sBest I hear that case I wouldn't generally be upside hunting at pick 12/13 that's why Yaxel Pat are my top options then JQ/Mikel if medicals are clean but this team needs upside still imo

Pros (percentile per 40):
-3 Level Scorer (85th 3PM, 63th MidM, 60th RimM)
-Difficult Shotmaker (32% FGA from Deep 3, 18% FGA from Late Clock)
-Efficient Shooter (81th TS%, 90th 3P%)
-Efficient Playmaker (92th Ast, 62th Ast/To)
-Low Usg (73th Usg)
Cons:
-Heliocentric (27% FGM Ast'd)
-Athleticism & Weight (0th DunkM)
I'm not a big fan of Heliocentric hoop, especially a vertically challenge one. But Wagler does it w/ high Shooting/Playmaking Efficiency & Usage, where he draws similarity to Kon Knueppel.
Wagler is an elite Iso-ball tough shot maker, and doing it efficiently from Deep range puts him in rare air (Curry-esque). Wagler is the biggest mystery box, filled with massive upside potential but also questionable floor.
Wagler is my favorite prospect in this years draft and I have him graded between 4-6 on my board.

@trusshuss0 @503sBest He’s does carve up defense of PnR and can be engine, I just don’t know id risk that the year after drafting Yang Hansen. Burries a good fit and only 18. Smart on/off ball player, plays both ways. Has won at every level

@WayUpHunt @503sBest Yea the turnovers are a concern and would like them lower but he's a young pg and generally makes good decisions with the ball and is very ambitious with some his passes so I'm not going to dock him too much. He's definitely high feel, not all a:to is the same

@trusshuss0 @503sBest He’s also a huge turnover machine (literally the last thing this team needs) I’d prefer a high upside iso player that takes care of the ball *high feel player

@WayUpHunt @503sBest He's a way way way better passer & playmaker than those names. I agree his consistency needs work but the outline is there & Clingan could benefit from a real guard on his timeline. Really like his on/off ball utility & he won't bleed value on defense imo. Back issues scary tho
