*** TRAFFIC ALERT: West Liberty Street *** A tree has fallen across the road with power lines down on West Liberty Street (SC 5 / SC 161) near The Garden Cafe. Emergency crews are on scene along with @DukeEnergy. Motorist should avoid this are.

📱☎️📞 We continue to experience intermittent one-way audio phone problems here at #YourYPD. The phone company is aware and are working to resolve the problem. In the event of an emergency you should dial 9-1-1. Text to 9-1-1 is available when necessary.

*** PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURE *** Kings Mountain Street (US 321 Business) is temporarily closed between US 321 and Inmans Cross Rd due to a broken down semi-truck and trailer in the roadway. Authorities are working with the company to clear the roadway.

7/14/22 - 8:23am -Crews responded to a water main breach. There will be low water pressure in the area from the intersection of Jefferson and S Congress to California St and below. Please be prepared until this repair is completed. Thank you! @YorkSCPD

The Utilities Department is responding to a water main break on E Liberty Street near Flint Street. A work zone will be established in that area that may impact the flow of traffic. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the work zone.
