@MirjamN @guywwallace @DonaldClark @steph_moore One absolutely required change: Stop giving people certificates, etc. based on hours exposed to content. I just had another client of my (100% competency-based) toolkit ask me to certify how many hours they spent in it, because that's all their prof dev program cares about.
