@bevan451 Hi, Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account. So you should see it in your account at some stage this week. Hope this helps.

@VueHelp Purchased 3 tickets and could only use one Lloyds voucher, went to the cinema and the manager cancelled my 2 paid for tickets and used my Lloyds voucher, so waiting to get refunded, been through the online chat and was not very helpful ! WSP2LXZ is the booking reference
