@katienesling @andrewellson And us! We ordered two for a special educational needs school, @FedExHelp actually lost the package (and have claimed responsibility that they have), I still have no paddle boards after numerous emails to cool surf and also got a tax bill of £122 from @FedExEurope

@andrewellson Are you the Saturday Times correspondent for consumer affairs too? I bought a paddleboard from a company called Cool Surf or Cool Snow recommended in the Saturday Times top 5 back in June. I and many other customers have not received our paddleboards. See Trust Pilo
