as a meme, it changed the meaning of going viral. it was used by almost every celebrity, athlete, and brand across every demographic and culture. a simple character, yet so relatable and inspiring.
as a memecoin, it was the first to succeed in mass onboarding new users. 148,000+ holders in the span of two weeks, not even including the countless holders on exchanges. the whole world was watching us in awe.
the market today looks different from how it did one year ago, but the chill guy community and the relatability of the meme haven’t changed one bit. if anything, our mission of spreading positivity and ‘chillness’ across the world & to serve as a safe and relatable onboarding tool to our fantastic industry are even more important now.
