And there you have it. Joe is the most respected man in the entire Trump government. That fact that this dedicated patriot (war hero) openly admitted Iran was NOT an imminent threat is proof that the US is once again operating for the benefit of the political and economic elites. Joe Kent is my friend and brother, and my loyalty to my friends is to the death. I don't know enough about what's going on to talk about it, and I think more people should take that approach. That's all I gotta say about it.

If we are going to counter terror, we must destroy those who have been sponsoring it for decades. @realDonaldTrump is setting the conditions so our children and grandchildren will not have to deal with Iran. I wish @joekent16jan19 the very best but fundamentally disagree with his decision.

@TheFrankinn I rest 60 seconds and I will rest 90 if I need to…I am older now.

That’s a great routine, but how much do you rest between reps and sets? 50 years ago I did intense circuits with little to no rest between sets but now that I’m 66, I’m still doing intense circuits but I’ve got to pause for 30 - 90 seconds to get my heart rate down to the mid 120s.
