@RealJamesWoods @therealroseanne What do you have against a good bidet?!

@Mangan150 @FitFounder or people think "this is how im supposed to feel. my parents felt like this my age. everyone around me feels this way. it's the way it's supposed to go."
English

@FitFounder People think getting or feeling old
Is about bad luck, and while that may be true in some rare cases, it’s almost always the result of neglect or at least, yes, lifestyle issues.

@BiggestComeback Great work and way to grind that last rep.
Your spotter should grab the bar as you re-rack it and secure it against the safeties. There is still potential for the bar to bounce off and she’d need crazy fast reflexes to catch the bar. Save for your face!

One leg. Doing his squats.
Your excuse?
Bruce Trout, SSC@BeeTee2887
I’ve avoided trying to squat for about 4 years now. Kept justifying my decision to not do it. But I’m tired of being a pussy. Worked on it today and I’m pretty happy with it overall; depth was much better than I expected and after a few adjustments to stance I’m just about right on. Pretty stoked about it. If you’re looking for a crippled @SS_strength coach who can relate to your limitations, or someone you’ll be ashamed to not do your work and turn your lifts into, hit me up. I’d be happy to help you work around a disability or hold your feet to the fire.

@100poundsmuscle @wolfstrength Check out Barbell Prescription too. One of the coaches talks about starting with that book first and then Starting Strength

@wolfstrength I am actually going to buy a copy of starting strength. Time to research what mark rippoetoe started.
English

@100poundsmuscle @wolfstrength considering anthropometry, age, surgeries, etc. i bet with training, patience and dedication some of those 200 can press way more than they ever imagined. maybe not 225 but more than they thought
English

@fakedname2 @wolfstrength A 225 lb press is pretty good. I know 5-6 men personally who can hit that. None are women (obviously some can) and the other 200 lifters I know can’t.
2 plate press..
If you’re 150 lb it’s insanely fucking good,
If you’re 300lb , not so impressive 🤓
English

@100poundsmuscle @wolfstrength i have poverty bench? lol. There were issues for bench that didn't show on press. Tendinitis from squat and then bench form fixes for bicep pain. Also focused on press for my first meet. Diagnosing and fixing pain took a while and bench was taken out of programming for the meet
English

@fakedname2 @wolfstrength Like your press went up way more than your bench…😳
doesn’t quite make sense.
English

@100poundsmuscle @wolfstrength Should have used untrained. To give a bit more background I was 41 and the only one of the lifts I ever did was bench press. It was completely foreign to me. I don’t have video of my training journey from the beginning all i have is my training log.
English

@fakedname2 @wolfstrength So at one point you trained?
There’s a significant difference between detrained and having done zero training.
That squat is scary..
In a year ?
How was your press only 65 but went up to 225?
Yeah I dunno.
You wouldn’t happen to have vids of this journey.
English

@sam_gzstrength Man, I’ll take a video of an older person lifting than a monster deadlifting 700+ lbs.

@ShawnRyanTV My favorite season!
“doing time, for a long long time.”

@AtlasBeltCo Like the saying never trust a skinny chef?
Say no to coach on coach hate.
English

@AtlasBeltCo What kind of paint did you use on the plates? I like the white strength co lettering.
