During his position as Mayor of Kolkata city Bose was tasked with filling 33 vacant posts of Kolkata corporation. He purposefully selected 25 Muslim candidates. Remaining 8 positions were given to Anglo Indians and Dalits. His politics would’ve been even more unpalatable.

This is true. It is very difficult for the Hardworking indian muslims to be selected on any position as all Hr and managers are Hindu. They only want to recruit hindus.

This is true. Indian M are the most radicalized ones, our HR tried to do the same and we can easily see her biases and I called her out with top management in cc saying I don’t want to interview candidates based on her preference as I can see she is biased. We fired her in 2weeks

Ordered CCTV installation in my Indian apartment. Guy sent the quote and asked for advance as they need to procure the items. We discussed WD HDD 1TB and CP Plus 4G router. Guy sent different items and argued entire day. People think by doing their job, they are doing a favor.

@HumanLifeX Candidates with skills matching with job descriptions screened out bcoz they were not from a particular community. Those with lower skills got selected, as a line manager I had access to all the candidates as the HR was new. We called her out. We care for skills not religion.
