@hell_line0 I wish I had that subtlety, a former boss of mine used to chat total bullshit on the regular, so I called him out on it publicly.

a subtle one I noticed of a former boss.. when i was saying something at a meeting, he would get up nd get himself a coffee/snack. So I learnt to mirror that behaviour back to him,when he spoke, i got up and pour myself tea. He noticed nd stopped doing it. All unspoken, tacitly done. I felt I won a silent battle nobody else noticed (though he did repay me in other ways but I also fought back too).

Having reached ep76 or so I hit a lull in just how much can deep dive on the topic of #agile. On the #DeliveryManagerDaily podcast. Being freshly energised recently by a couple of good people has made me remember why I started doing it. Also, the stats were surprising!
