Hi @sageuk it’s a BES900UK series I think I’d like to know whether the internal Probes on the steam boiler are likely to have ceramic or plastic shrouds? The former compounding the descaling issue?

@mariodc @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Thats right blame Sky for a BBC issue which has nothing to do with them - Sky only broadcast the BBC signal as they send it, it has nothing whatsoever to do with Sky I am still surprised anyone watches/pays for the useless BBC nowadays when better services exist elsewhere🤣
