@BullSyndicate @SecWar Ah you may want to rethink the financial part. In the sector I’m in, we’re feeling it. Our farmers are waiting on their fertilizer that’s stuck in the straight. And well we all know what happens when oil goes up and is being held hostage. It’s a domino effect.

I mean, we are equipped to handle it—just not in the way most people are comfortable with. It’s a balance between public opinion and operational efficiency. If we wanted to end it, that could be accomplished in 24 hours, but the results would be horrific. Iran doesn’t have us by the balls financially by any means. Iran isn’t even in the top 20 for GDP in the world, and we are number one… by a lot. The point of my post was that, to win a war on the public opinion front, you can’t really fight to obliterate.

We will finish this—and we will honor their sacrifice with decisive action.

If every American voter, without a passport, decided to get a passport, as their primary form of ID, it would take 5 years to fill the requests. But Republicans want this to be in effect before the midterms. They know this, of course, so it’s obvious voter suppression.

Go to hell! The regime in Iran has already massacred thousands of young people in the streets who were simply asking for freedom. There are reports of brutal repression and thousands killed during protests against the government. And do not forget history: without the help of the United States in World War II, Nazi Germany could have dominated Europe. It was the alliance between the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries that defeated Hitler and brought the Nazi regime to an end. Without that victory, the Europe we know today might not exist nor religious freedom for Jews, Catholics, or any other group. And yes, political decisions made by various leaders over time have also contributed to the current chaos in the Middle East, including misguided policies by American governments- Obama.
