This man was First Minister of Scotland he is Elite and comes from a privileged powerful background he used his power and his platform to denigrate & disbelieve two girl children who are poor and white living in a very deprived area of Scotland he then uses these vulnerable children as a sounding post to talk about racism towards Pakistani men despite no evidence these children had any racist intention. He added that racist intention himself he fabricated it and used his platformand educationand position to harm two working class girl children. I cannot despise this man enough.

@mark_riga @ThatJohnJones @GreenJennyJones "sentenced for terrorism" doesn't make any sense. The judge took a terrorism connection into consideration as an aggravating factor in sentencing. All of their sentences were within the guidelines for criminal damage.

These four protesters, are going to be convicted on terrorist offences. That's very serious for their futures, but also for the justice system in our country. If people can admit liability for criminal activity, but still be found guilty as terrorists, it's deeply concerning.

You can vehemently disagree with Palestine Action activists goals, whilst simultaneously be horrified a judge can decide AFTER a conviction if it was terrorism related amd double a sentence. Being able to class an offense as terrorism AFTER conviction without charging them with terrorism should bother everyone. Any protest action that is now determined as trying to "change government policy" can have this applied. So today it's Palestine Action, but next it'll be immigration protests, farmers protests, NHS, tax etc etc.
