Chief John Butler, CFO, CEMSO, CTO, FM recently completed a three-year term on the Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI). CFAI Chair Steven Dirksen, CFO recognized and thanked Chief Butler for his dedicated service during the IAFC Board of Directors meeting.

Last week, CPSE CEO Preet Bassi, and CFAI Coordinator Steve Olson, visited with representatives from six departments In Wisconsin that are active in the CFAI accreditation process. Thank you to Oak Creek Fire Rescue for hosting the meeting.

During FDIC week, Indianapolis FD hosted a meeting of the CPSE Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky consortium. CPSE CEO, Preet Bassi, joined the 15 departments and 35 attendees to provide accreditation, credentialing, and education updates. Thanks for making this happen!
