What we learned from 3 months of pilots with robotic data companies. Data collection companies want: - to manage their own cloud - more sensors - the ability to write custom code We got rid of the cloud, added wrist cams, will release the first open-source Pi friendly data collection SDK 🛟

This has to be the craziest SF hackathon I’ve been to. Over 100 robots 🤖 and over 300 people in one room. Working on VLAs, world models and Clawdbots / OpenClaw for robots.

went to sf for Physical AI hack! we tried to teach a robot to do latte art. a really fun weekend, met awesome people and learned a ton!

built this because every time i clone a new repo i spend sometime clicking through folders or asking claude to understand the structure. now i paste the url and see the architecture instantly!

how it works: - paste any public github url - agent reads the actual code (not just file names) - identifies entry points, components, relationships - generates plain english summaries - builds an interactive mind map you can explore click any node to see what it does, what uses it, and link to the file.

the best part is watching them argue with each other. one investor loves the vision, another thinks it's a terrible market. they debate before giving their final verdict. way more useful than just "is this a good idea y/n"

the 5 investors: - Marcus (Numbers Guy): wants unit economics, margins, payback periods - Aurora (Visionary): wants moonshots and paradigm shifts - Victor (Skeptic): pokes holes, asks about moats - Diana (Operator): cares about team and distribution - Blake (Trend Chaser): wants to know if the timing is right

Day 9: building 30 ai agents in 30 days! pitch your startup idea to 5 AI investors. each one has a different personality. they grill you, argue with each other, and decide if they're in or out. would you pitch your idea?
