Eskom's dedicated recovery teams continue to work around the clock in the Garden Route, demonstrating exceptional commitment and resilience as they work to restore electricity supply to communities impacted by recent outages.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our field crews, significant progress has been made, with only a few customers in Brackenhill, Harkerville, Keurboomstrand and Klein Bavaria still without power.

Despite challenging conditions, our teams remain focused on safely restoring supply as quickly as possible. The estimated restoration date for the remaining affected customers is 25 June 2026.

Steady progress is being made.
