I've applied for yoga teacher training this evening. I am so convinced that body, mind and spirit need to be cared for together. Praying they'll accept me with my very unusual version of Holy-spirit centred approach!

@Rhitrition I feel the same if you restrict it you crave it more and binge eat it. All in moderation.

At best, the #sugarfree diet is confusing and imposes an arbitrary set of rules that aren’t based on scientific evidence. At worst, such a restrictive diet can create food fear or an unhealthy relationship with food. That’s why I’m not giving it up for #Lent!
