@JohninRipon I met my Rep as I walked through the doors and his total advice to me consisted of, "You shouldn't have wore a suit" Which I repeated to the panel and they said "Not the best advice they have experienced"

I am in touch with a guy who is able to question at a high level the ineptitude of the RBL reps on appeals. Could you let me have any experiences you have had with them good and bad pse?

@SteveBakerHW Sir, as my MP please consider supporting the EDM regarding AFCS. I believe this system is unfit for purpose and has no method of being held accountable. Issue affects thousands of both service men and women and also veterans, like yourself. edm.parliament.uk/early-day-moti…

@CommonsDefence please could all members consider supporting the EDM which calls on the Government to honour its duty of care to veterans by launching an independent inquiry into the failings of the current system. edm.parliament.uk/early-day-moti…

Not sure I know enough people on here yet, but I’m thinking about hosting some live technical sessions. A mix of pre-planned things like building ISE, WLC & Base configs, & ad-hoc drop-in ‘clinics’ to help with your specific design / troubleshooting challenges. Any interest?

Hard to think it was a year ago the World lost this incredible British Army Veteran, who achieved so much up until the very end. An incredible legacy, from an incredible man. Gone, but certainly not forgotten. Rest well Captain Tom, thank you for your service. #Inspiration

@CioaraJeremy @Ubiquiti Thats a bit worrying they are normally bulletproof, the more I see of Ubiquiti the more I like it. Jeremy, you started me on this networking road a long time ago with your brilliant Cisco CCNA course, thanks .

Really weird stuff going on with my @Ubiquiti UDM-Pro this morning (intermittent Internet, hanging reboots, WIFI inconsistency). Anyone else in that boat?

@wirelessengine1 Ideally, you want to survey that with the antenna solution you’re ultimately going to use. But yeah, FSPL gets a little gnarly out past 10m unless you use directionals.

Prepping AP mounts for upcoming survey. Magnets are great for warehouse surveys, as long as you have a lift. 15m poles are a pain.

@wirelessengine1 I first clued into the magnets idea when I was surveying a ship, which has ferrous metal damn near everywhere (except, apparently, on passenger cabin ceilings, which are aluminum). Turns out magnets with 1/4”-20 studs are useful.
