The vast majority of South Africans are not xenophobic. If they were, parties like the PA, ActionSA, and Operation Dudula would already be in power.
Millions of South Africans understand our history and are angry at the betrayal of the struggle to free black people and the working class from colonial and apartheid capitalism.
They recognise that the deep structural crisis we face cannot be blamed on migrants, but on the failure to transform an economic system that still benefits a tiny elite while the majority are marginalised. This betrayal includes the failure to manage borders, enforce all migration and labour laws, transform education, and address land and property hunger, among many issues.
Those South Africans take us very seriously and will not join your madness of singing that you will beat up Shangaans and beating up anyone who can't speak local language when you impose yourselves as the police and home affairs officials
