Then be prepared for a coaching change if the offense isn't at best top 10! We've seen some semblance of Nick's offense for 5 years! It's only been elite 1 of 5 years, with 2 yrs of complete disaster! How do you "EVOLVE" an offense with elements so simplistic, basic, and unimaginative as what we witnessed last year?
