@hyper_imagine I never even bought it. I liked the story and it’s cool how they finally made a Zelda game w Zelda as the main protagonist, but I simply didn’t like the gimmick.
English

@hyper_imagine I loved it. Not sure how replayable it is but I’ll play it again sometime
English

@hyper_imagine how long exactly were people supposed to talk about it ?
English

@hyper_imagine I'm sad it used so many Wilds era elements. The menus, icons, even sounds. I really wish it had taken from ALttP or ALBW or something rather than BotW. That said, it's a genuinely fun game and I'd be up for another game with its mechanics after 2-3 other 2D games.
English

@hyper_imagine It's still a bit too open and easy to cheese.
English

@hyper_imagine The update it received around inventory management needed to be there at launch.
English

@hyper_imagine it was amazing, I actually loved it more than that link's awakening remake (it's still a very solid game) but something about echoes of wisdom is just so mesmerising
English

@hyper_imagine The gimmick sucked. There are ways to have very similar execution, but with less clutter and better game feel. Having said that, they nailed the final dungeon. Link's superior AI made playing support for him so much more satisfying than playing support for your summons.
English

@hyper_imagine I’m actually playing it right now.
I enjoy it but the can’t lie, I’m more than over with this games gimick.
Not even because it’s bad but because it’s the damn iron boots issue in og oot but 10 times worse.
I sware go god I spend more time picking up echos than I don playing
English

@hyper_imagine It’s one of the only Zelda games that I haven’t played for a second time. It was fun and I finished it quick, but also forgot about it just as fast. Honestly, gonna play again soon bc of this post!
English

@hyper_imagine It's was a good game and I really enjoyed it, but it doesn't feel replayable to me. More than any other title, it's just too hard going from end game echoes back to "table". Other Zeldas still feel fun starting from ground 0.
English

@hyper_imagine I can tell you the main reason why.
Because echoes of Wisdom has the Worst Version Of this BOTW menu System.
It makes gaining more Echos feel like a chore rather than a reward, because you have to scroll forever to find the few Usefull ones you want.
It kills momentum.

English

@hyper_imagine Because fuck recycled art styles, Nintendo should get a new style that isn’t Botw or Link’s awakening remake.
English

@hyper_imagine Everything you praise about this game is what ALBW did, but better. EOW is sadly just mediocre in execution, even Spirit Tracks did playable Zelda better while not shafting Link.
