@hyperlambda @BowTiedNiners I work with lots of high profile people/ investors from the east coast and they all have the same take on NYC being “finito,” and they’re all bullish on Miami both financially and culturally. TBH no one who has their finger on the pulse of anything still thinks NYC is cool.
