@AcademicHV @iHealthVisiting @TheQNI @Alison_Morton2 I found out something interesting today that often the statistics use the amount of people on the NMC register.. for example I'd be counting as a HV but I'm not working as a HV anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️

@HVberrill @AcademicHV @TheQNI @Alison_Morton2 Workforce stats for HVs only count HVs employed in health visiting roles (NHS & Independent workforce datasets). If you’ve moved into a different field you won’t be counted. Nos of HVs on @nmcnews register is ++higher. SNs are harder to count as SCPHN & nonSCPHN often conflated
